Menu option configuration is similar for every menu type – Single DTMF, Multi DTMF and Lex. For every DTMF option you add to the menu, there are a number of actions you can configure to fire off when the option is chosen. For Lex menus, the intents will be pre-populated as the options (see Lex Menus).
