Flow Engine is a collection of generic contact flows which are driven by the OMP. This allows the OMP user to meet common requirements in a consistent and user friendly way.

The OMP Flow Engine consists of 3 different modules:

2. Menu Management - OMP v7.0.0+

3. Queue Treatment - OMP v7.0.0+
