Menu Management - OMP v7.0.0+

Menu management allows you to create menus on the fly and incorporate them into the call center quickly. A Flow Engine Menu can be used as an intermediate step between a Flow Engine Entry Point and Queue Treatments. If desired, a Flow Engine Menu can be used independently of Flow Engine Entry Points and Queue Treatments as long as a menuKey attribute is set to a menu name in an upstream flow.

You can choose between 3 different types of menus:

  • Single DTMF

  • Multi DTMF

  • Lex Menus
