Flow Engine - OMP <= v6.5.1

Flow Engine is a collection of generic contact flows which are driven by the OMP. This allows the OMP user to meet common requirements in a consistent and user friendly way.

The OMP Flow Engine consists of 3 different modules:

  1. Contact Entry Points

  2. Menu Management

  3. Queue Treatment
