Connect User Management

Connect User Management gives application users visibility to the users that have been created in the Connect instance. The users that are visible depend on the permissions that the application user has been granted through the User Permissions page.

If the application user has permissions to update the users, there will be an Update button in the Routing Profile column.

As expected, clicking the Update button will update the user’s Routing Profile. It will bring up a list of available Routing Profiles.

Once you click on a profile Name, you will have a chance to confirm the update by clicking Yes, or Cancel the update and go back to the Connect User Management page.
