When the call hits the VF_DEFAULT_ENTRY_FLOW the flow will perform an open check on the queue, DNIS or custom value set in Basic Setup Step-1.3. The open check will return one of four values: OPEN | CLOSED | HOLIDAY | CLOSURE
For each status you can configure the Entry Point flow to take different actions:
