Opening hours
Opening hours applies to voice, chat & task queues.
Add opening hours
To add opening hours, go to Admin > Operating hours > Opening hours.
Click on Add opening hours.
Enter or select the following details:
Name.
Description (optional).
Timezone.
Hierarchy
Add days and set start and end time.
Click on Add opening hours.
Edit opening hours
To edit opening hours, go to Admin > Operating hours > Opening hours.
Click on the name of the opening hours you want to edit.
The following fields can be edited.
Name.
Description (optional).
Timezone.
Days.
Hierarchy
Start and end time.
Click on Save.
Remove opening hours
To remove opening hours, go to Admin > Operating hours > Opening hours.
Select the checkbox next to the name of the opening hours you want to remove and click on Remove.
A modal will appear confirming you want to remove the selected opening hours. Click on Remove.
Remove multiple opening hours
To remove multiple users, go to Admin > Operating hours > Opening hours.
Select the checkboxes next to the names of the opening hours you want to remove and click on Remove.
A modal will appear confirming you want to remove the selected opening hours. Click on Remove.
