Email signatures

Add an email signature

To add an email signature, go to Admin > Email signature.

  1. Click on Add email signature.

  2. Enter or select the following details:

    1. Name.

    2. Description (optional).

    3. Content.

      1. The following variables can be used - {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{email}}

  3. Click on Save.

Edit an email signature

To edit an email signature, go to Admin > Email signature.

  1. Click on the name of the email signature you want to edit.

  2. The following fields can be edited.

    1. Name.

    2. Description (optional).

    3. Content.

      1. The following variables can be used - {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{email}}

  3. Click on Save.

Remove an email signature

To remove an email signature, go to Admin > Email signature.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the email signature you want to remove and click on Remove.

  2. A modal will appear confirming you want to remove the selected email signature. Click on Remove.

Remove multiple email signatures

To remove multiple email signatures, go to Admin > Email signature.

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the email signatures you want to remove and click on Remove.

  2. A modal will appear confirming you want to remove the selected email signatures. Click on Remove.

Export email signatures as a .csv file

To export a .csv file of all email signatures, go to Admin > Email signature. Hover over the ellipsis icon and click on Export CSV.
