Any customer profiles which tie back to the search criteria will be displayed within the Agent Desktop.
View a customer profile
To view a customer's profile, click on the customer's name.
View a customer's contact history
To view a customer's contact history, click on the Contact history tab within the customer's profile.
Associating an interaction with a customer profile
To associate a contact with a customer profile, click on Associate, then click on Ok within the modal.
