Contact History
Click on the contact history icon to open the contact history drawer.
Enhanced Contact History
The new enhanced contact history screen shows additional data for each interaction. If the user has the relevant permissions, they will be able to search for other users contact history also.
You can use the filters to set a time range or view contacts from a specific channel.
You can also click on each interaction to see additional details. This will include details regarding the interaction as well as any notes that have been saved.

Post call sentiment analysis will need to be enabled in your account before you can start using this feature. Speak to an administrator for assistance.
