Theme

To change the theme of the Agent Desktop, go to Config > Theme.

1. Enter or select the following details:

   1. Primary colour: this is the colour that appears in the background of the navigation bar.

   2. Hover colour: this is the colour when you hover over a button.

   3. Primary elements text: this is the colour of text on primary colour elements, such as the navigation bar and buttons.

   4. Logo (global navigation): enter the URL of the logo you want to use.

      1. Logo width.

   5. Logo (splash page): enter the URL of the logo you want to use.

      1. Logo width.

   6. Environment name: add an environment name which will appear on the centre of the global navigation bar (e.g. UAT, Prod etc).

2. Click on Save.
