Syncing the Agent Desktop and Amazon Connect

In order to keep the Agent Desktop and Amazon Connect in sync, there are automated syncs that happen between the Agent Desktop and Connect.

Syncing data from the Agent Desktop to Connect

Any changes that occur in the Agent Desktop (creating a new user, updating a routing profile, etc) will be immediately reflected in Amazon Connect.

You should only perform manual sync services under the instruction of the VoiceFoundry Cloud product support team.

Syncing data from Connect to the Agent Desktop

Any changes that occur in Amazon Connect will be synced with the Agent Desktop as per the following.

  1. Users & Routing profiles: once every 24hrs at 1 am each night

  2. Connect Queues and Security profiles: once every 30mins.
