Profile and Greeting Management

Log into the Voicemail application

Click on on the “Profile” tab on the vertical navbar on the left.

• You will be able to set your Name and Greeting.

• Your email address will be prefilled.

• Your extension and Queue Mailboxes will be viewable but must be edited by an admin.

You can record your greeting or use speech to text. If you are multi-lingual you may configure a greeting for each language.
