Log into the Voicemail application

Click on on the “Profile” tab on the vertical navbar on the left.

You will be able to set your Name and Greeting.

Your email address will be prefilled.

Your extension and Queue Mailboxes will be viewable but must be edited by an admin.

You can record your greeting or use speech to text. If you are multi-lingual you may configure a greeting for each language.
