Upcoming
See what we have planned in our upcoming releases.
We’ll soon be including versioning in routing profiles. This means that you will be able to set scheduled changes to a routing profile's configuration throughout the day.
We’re working on creating a configuration screen for screen pops, allowing you to easily set multiple screens pops for different events.
We’ll soon be improving the queues screen in the admin portal, by allowing users to create voice, chat, and task queues, including bulk importing queues. Currently, users are only able to edit queues in the admin portal.
